Isao Yanagisawa interprets French cuisine in his own distinctive style, beautifully arranged using ingredients in season from his native Kyoto.
Isao began his journey as a chef in one of Kyoto’s most celebrated hotels.
That experience laid the groundwork for Isao’s attitude toward French cuisine.
